Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Delivery Upon order confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours to process and pack your order. Your order will then be dispatched for delivery. Should you opt for self-collection, we will contact you to arrange for date and time of self-collection once your order is ready. International Delivery We ship worldwide, and will provide you with a tracking number upon dispatching your parcel. Do note that SingPost has temporarily ceased shipping to a list of countries. International deliveries are also expecting delays. For more details, please refer to this article (https://www.singpost.com/covid-19-updates/international-post-parcel-services-updates) from SingPost and your country's postal service for update on their delivery timeline. Should you make multiple orders, use the discount code "COMBINED" for your subsequent orders to waive shipping. There will be no refund for shipping if code isn't applied. Pre-orders & Custom designs will require a different preparation, please refer to product page for details or contact us to inquire specifics. Please understand that delivery schedules may be disrupted / delayed during peak/festive seasons. Note: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery. For orders shipped to any country outside of Singapore, all taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs. Artz de Scrap has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange / Return request is to be made within 3 days of receiving the order (date based on tracking status – [received] of your parcel). - Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable. - A refund will only be made if the product was delivered not in accordance to the advertised form. As we check our products carefully before dispatching them, we ask that proper documentation of any damages or dissatisfaction be made clear in the refund request. - Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the box & tags attached. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. *Any cost incurred in postage will be borne by the buyer. - No Refund/Exchange will be made for reasons such as: 1) The actual product being not as what the customer had imagined – but the product being in accordance to the advertised form. 2) A last minute change of mind by the customer. In the event that the product you receive is incorrect, please send us an email with the images of the defect / wrong item sent and your receipt number. Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item. Artz de Scrap reserves the right to deny returns if the aforementioned conditions are not met. Jewelry Care
- Please use a dry/damp, soft clean fabric to wipe your accessories after use. - Avoid exposure to heat, sunlight, humidity, any product with transferable colorants, chemicals and perfume. - As each piece is delicate, they cannot be scratched or knocked against hard surfaces. Thin details or parts sticking out could break. - Do not use any other cleaning products or jewellery cleaner other than water. Avoid getting water on metal parts. - We advise proper storage in a dry, aerated and less crowded storage compartment, such as the box provided.
